Holy hell… this track is ridiculous even if you DON’T like pop. Kap Slap’s recent mix, called “E.T. Feels Starry Eyed” really lights up the dance floor. Merging some of the hottest dubstep remixes of recently-popular tracks into one stellar mashup, Jared Lucas (Kap Slap) absolutely murders it here. While we aren’t too keen on posting mashups, but this one definitely merits a listen. Check out the track listing below:

Kap Slap is pretty damn new on the scene, starting on GarageBand in 2009 but now working in Ableton Live to produce some sick mixes. Being a frat guy still in college, we’d say this might just define “brostep.”

Alright, so you’ve heard your fair share of remixes for Ellie Goulding’s “Lights”… we get it. BUT MINNESOTA IS BACK with a remix of “Starry Eyed” that is off the chain. To us, it seems like he has started to blend a little Skrillex-style vocal mashing into his music, which by all means works fantastic for this track. The foot-stomping bass that we’ve come to know and love in Minnesota tracks is definitely present here, and the blending used to make this into one heck of a dubstep banger is simply unmatched. As is accustomed in Minnesota-land, Christian offers it for FREE through his SoundCloud… so check it out or grab it here!
