Figure & CasOne – The Accident

Big one just dropped by Figure… a ridiculously ill track called “The Accident” featuring CasOne (in the likeness of Zeds Dead & Omar Linx). According to Figure’s original post, the two have been friends for quite some time, and have been working on collabs like this one for months. We’re just glad they decided to unleash it on the world for free, and you’ve just got to love those thick, distorted bass lines that Figure brings to the production room.

Kanye West – Mercy (Figure Remix)

Is it a weeping and a moaning and a gnashing of teeth? No, it’s Figure’s new remix of Kanye West’s “Mercy” that he just dropped this weekend for all the fans… and man is this thing BIG! Mercy is one of the biggest tunes of the year, but adding a heaping spoonful of dubstep makes it all the more enjoyable. Josh Gard (Figure) has had huge success over the past two years with a monstrous sound that ignites the stage. Using heavy drum patterns, aggressive basslines and loads of distortion, this sound is unique and oh so massive!

Figure vs. The Killabits – Heavy Metal

Figure teams up with The Killabits for this brand new insane freebie given out in support of The Killabits’ new “We Have a Crisis” EP. Adding some FILTH to your Friday, “Heavy Metal” is absolutely what the name on the track implies. With big vocal samples, healthy doses of distortion and some overdriven synth sounds, The Killabits/Figure combination sounds like a match made in heaven (or hell? rock on!). You can definitely feel the combined creativity of three producers in this one, and we are loving the outcome!

Figure – The Brink

Josh Gard (Figure) is one of the biggest names in the dubstep game, so it’s been hard to hold back our excitement for his latest track that was dropped for free over the weekend. “The Brink” is Figure’s latest banger — a deep and evolving thrill ride that drops into a ridiculous anthem of bass. This producer from Eerie, Indiana has been rocking the house since 2009 and with tracks like this it’s not hard to figure out why he has such a massive following. Figure’s basslines in this latest track are absolutely insane, and the way this one morphs from calm into chaos is just something you’ll have to hear for yourself!

Figure vs Calvertron – Bring The Bass Back (Calvertron Remix)

It’s time for a little classic Calvertron filth in today’s jam, “Bring The Bass Back.” Calvertron went nuts on this remake of a house anthem, and adding in a bit of Figure never hurt. We’re going back to a track that was released in early-2011 and is as smooth as silk. Get ready to crank up that amplifier because this song is FILTHY.

Figure and Kanji Kinetic – Frankenstein

Figure and Kanji Kinetic tear it up with this sick original called “Frankenstein” that they dropped the other day. Josh Gard (Figure) is quickly becoming an industry giant, and this kid from Indiana is likely only getting started. Teaming up with Kanji Kinetic, a popular electro producer from Bristol, makes this song slap. You just gotta love the creative mix here, where a funky synth line and explosive wobble bass really make it feel like you are bringing the monster to life.
