Daydream is a beast of a track from Bassex that was just dropped for free by Play Me Records. We’re definitely feeling the recent efforts of labels to release free material to the world, and getting to hear the sick vibes of Bryan Kelleghan (Bassex) is just icing on the cake. Bassex has been busy putting out hit after hit to build a big fanbase . His West Coast progressive sound is clearly unique when you listen to one of his tracks, and always maintains a certain musicality that can get lost in modern dubstep. This track with Lupe Fiasco is seriously filthy, so make sure you bolt down the furniture before playing!

Crazy vibes here from Filth Collins, in a brand new track from the reigning dubstep king of Sydney, Australia. Mistajam may have announced this cat as having one of the funniest names in music, but the songs he writes are no laughing matter! We absolutely love the melodic vocal style that is the focal point on “Don’t Leave,” and combining that with some insane sawtooth basslines really makes this one stand out. Make sure that you don’t leave before checking this one out!

Josh Gard (Figure) is one of the biggest names in the dubstep game, so it’s been hard to hold back our excitement for his latest track that was dropped for free over the weekend. “The Brink” is Figure’s latest banger — a deep and evolving thrill ride that drops into a ridiculous anthem of bass. This producer from Eerie, Indiana has been rocking the house since 2009 and with tracks like this it’s not hard to figure out why he has such a massive following. Figure’s basslines in this latest track are absolutely insane, and the way this one morphs from calm into chaos is just something you’ll have to hear for yourself!

The self-proclaimed “Wu Tang” of dubstep is back in action, as this 4-member Bay area team puts out yet another BANGER on their way to 20,000 Facebook fans. Blake Powers, Joshua Small, Devan Day, & Ryan Wade (together Helicopter Showdown) have been an absolute force on the dubstep scene, with one of the most unique sounds out there and a huge fan base as evidence to their quality. “These Vile Creatures” starts off as a soft vocal mix, with a drum kit that is almost drowned by a cutoff filter before everything erupts into a signature HS bassline… with some massively impressive progressive basslines. Go ahead and turn up those speakers, but don’t say we didnt warn ya!

Gemini is back with his brand new EP “Fire Inside.” To celebrate, Thomas Slinger (Gemini) just dropped one ridiculous track from the set for free to all of his Facebook fans called “No Way Out.” Gemini is one of those producers that we want to post immediately as soon as we hear, and this latest track is no different. Gemini’s piano-driven sound drives more sick bass movement than any other dubstep producer we know. With a HUGE synth chorus and the classic Gemini-type whispering vocals, No Way Out is a terrific intro to an EP we will definitely have our hands on.

It’s been a while since we’ve posted a new tune from The Sonixx, but Nicolas Pellerin (The Sonixx) has been putting out massive tracks one after the other! We were pumped to be introduced to “You Don’t Like Me” this weekend, a sick track released just a few weeks ago for free on his SoundCloud. This one has some wild synths on top of a smooth bassline that is 100% club friendly through and through. With a chill vibe to it, we think the vocals fit perfectly with the track and make for a real head-nodder. The Sonixx has kept the hits flowing, and we look forward to more in 2012!

Fortunately, he won the thing and decided to give it away for free to us just yesterday! Keir DubRocca (DubRocca) is an up and comer from the UK that definitely deserves your support. He’s been producing absolute fire under the DubRocca name, and also is a member of the DnB trio “ReWinD.” This track features some spot-on vocals from Kal Lavelle, some incredible synths and a huge bassline underneath… all you need for a dubstep BANGER!
